- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including negotiating contract terms, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in contract recruitment.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
