We are now looking for a
Trainee HSE Advisor
to join our client's growing QHSE
team based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

**
Responsibilities

Ensure that legal compliance is maintained, and continual improvement is encouraged.
Support the HSE business partner by visiting operational locations countrywide to:
Provide H&S advice and support teams to uphold high H&S standards
Ensure compliance with the H&S management system
Help to embed the H&S culture

Requirements:

Have a full driving licence and be willing to travel and work away from home on a regular basis.
Competent in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Be willing to be 'hands on' at operational sites.
Have a robust personality and be confident in engaging with the workforce and management teams.
Have excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills.
Be conscientious and able to manage your diary and workload effectively.
Able to understand complex legislation and how this can be practically implemented at site level.
Degree is preferred if not A Level with A-C grades.
Experience on site is beneficial but not essential.
IOSH or NEBOSH certification would be a bonus.
