Classroom Assistant - Maidenhead

Are you looking to support children as a Classroom Assistant? Have previous experience working with children?
If so, we are recruiting for a Classroom Assistant to work within a fantastic learning environment, located in Maidenhead. This is a full time role, from Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 4pm.

No previous experience working in a school required as a Classroom Assistant, provided that you have a passion for working with children and have worked with children in some recent capacity and can provide a reference relating to this role

The Role:

Support secondary aged children with their learning
Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
Willing to support those with SEN when required
Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Classroom Assistant
Ensure safety for pupils in and out of class as a Classroom Assistant

Requirements:

Available full time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4pm
Passion for working with children and/or young adults as a Classroom Assistant
Willingness to learn what it takes to support SEN children as a Classroom Assistant
Live local to Maidenhead or within a commutable distance
