Salary and Benefits:
We offer a base salary of up to £23,000 dependant on your experience.

About the role


We have an exciting entry level opportunity for an Administrator to work in our Mail Services centre, initially joining us on a Fixed Term contract.

This is an ideal role for someone who is just beginning their career, or perhaps you are a student looking for some work experience or maybe you are returning to the working environment after a break.

We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, a good understanding of Microsoft packages and the passion and drive to develop their experience within the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities

Maintain a high level of organisation to sort incoming and outgoing mail ensuring that it is delivered to the correct employees in a timely manner in accordance with set procedures
Take full ownership and responsibility for the Mail Room Services, including providing administrative support through data entry and updating records
Take full responsibility for all off-site archiving

Criteria

Data entry experience or a moderate understanding of Microsoft packages (specifically Excel, Word and Outlook), with an excellent attention to detail
Passion and drive to start a career within the financial services industry
High level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
