Oxfam Retail Charity Shop - Volunteer - Donated Clothes & Homewares Sorters
In Oxfam Helensburgh we're dedicated to fighting poverty and inequality.

Behind the scenes, a lot of work gets done to help us sell over £1500 of goodies per week


Sorting clothes or homeware donations, keeping organised & tidy, valuing & pricing goods, re stocking the shop floor, and displaying on the shop floor.

If you think you could help with some of this then give volunteering a try.

Travel and lunch expenses can be covered too in line with Oxfam's policy

Do you have a love for fashion and clothes?

Boost your CV, skills, and confidence by volunteering.

What we're looking for:

Willingness to learn new skills

Honesty, integrity, and reliability

An interest in fashion and Accessories

Or an interest in Homewares

The Role:

-
Sorting incoming donations of clothing
-
Researching and valuing clothing for sale on the shop floor
-
Pricing and displaying clothing for sale on the shop floor

-Promoting our Gift Aid

Our shop complies with Covid-19 guidance and we aim to keep everyone safe with thorough cleaning and welfare procedures. Masks and gloves are provided.
