This is a Full Time Role (Hourly Paid £12-£15ph)

At 186 Portobello Road, in the heart of Notting Hill, lies The Distillery; a four-floor mecca for the discerning drinker.

The first of its kind in the UK.

We are not only a fully functioning distillery but also home to internationally renowned Portobello Road Gin, and the critically acclaimed gin-blending experience, The Ginstitute.

Within the venue we have two bars, a private dining room and three guest lodgings.

We're on the hunt for confident, dynamic, outgoing, enthusiastic, reliable and friendly food and beverage staff who are committed to delivering engaging and memorable service as well as having a genuine passion for all thing's hospitality related.

The role will be working front of house and assisting the bars.

The right person will:

Have bags of creativity and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Have a desire to be part of a passionate team led by highly regarded industry experts.
Be able to deliver exceptional guest service skills and have experience in exceeding guest expectations.
Be confident in building rapport with guests and have a desire to share their knowledge in an informative and friendly manner.
Actively educate themselves and keep on top of new trends and products in the industry.
Have the skill and desire to be part of a team to deliver the same great levels of passionate service.
