An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 100 firm in London.
The team of 20, headed by 3 highly regarded and recognised partners in both Chambers and the Legal 500, acts for clients such as contractors, subcontractors, property owners and tenants in sectors including retail, sports, education, hospitality, leisure, infrastructure and property development.
The team deals with the full range of non-contentious work covering drafting and negotiating building contracts, sub-contracts, forms of security, appointments and collateral warranties/third party rights.
The ideal candidate will have experience of all methods of procurement and ideally experience working with JCT, FIDIC, NEC, MF/1 and bespoke forms of contract.
Experience in non-contentious construction gained at a top tier law firm in LondonTop academics (2:1 or better)
Experience of supervising junior colleagues
