Technology Trainer / IT Trainer £40,000 to £50,000 + bonus and benefits - Hybrid working
Our client, a Globally renowned Professional Services Firm is adding to their Global Technology Training Team. You will engage primarily with offices across the European region offering Technology Training Support. Some adhoc travel will be required.


You will provide assistance and training to end users, adopting a variety of methods that will include face to face one on one and classroom learning, virtual and eLearning methods.


The role is based out of our clients Shared Service Centre in Central Manchester and offers an attractive salary plus benefits package and bonus.


KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND

  • Ability to create and deliver high quality professional training courses
  • Three years' experience in a training or learning delivery role
  • Knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, document management systems, timekeeping software and communications technologies
  • Proven track record in training delivery in a large, corporate, international environment preferred.
  • Experience of creating and editing video content would be highly desirable
  • German, French, Italian or Spanish language skills would also be highly desirable due to the geographic scope
