    Packaging Artwork Project ManagerPay rate: £230 to £250 per day + Holiday pay (PAYE - Inside IR35)

    Central London - Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from homeJob Description Our client is a global online retailer, selling a vast range of products, including consumable brands.

    They are looking for a skilled Design to Artwork Project Manager who is passionate about ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery.

    In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end artwork process, driving efficiencies, meeting tight SLAs, and saving time without compromising quality.

    Working closely with key stakeholders, you will guide the creative process from start to finish, leveraging your expertise to deliver outstanding results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Artwork queries from the company's Artwork agency partners
    • Attend briefing meetings to identify project scope and review packaging artwork for completeness
    • Ensure Artwork projects remain on track, leading "decision room calls" for artwork sign-off
    • Escalate and resolve issues related to assets, approvals, and product sample requirements
    • Chair and lead weekly Design and Artwork coordination meetings, providing clear next steps
    • Support vendor calls and pre-Artwork meetings as needed
    • Manage the handover of Artwork assets for Detail Page creation Basic Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years packaging artwork project management, with client-facing experience
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud tools
    • Calm, tactful communication style with a positive, can-do attitude Ideal Qualifications
    • Extensive experience (5+ years) managing numerous packaging artwork projects from start to completion
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
