The Early Engagement team is part of the wider University Recruitment team, which recruits students and recent graduates onto the Teach First Training Programme.

The Early Engagement team specifically focuses on engaging with students in their early years ofuniversity study.

We do this by developing, delivering and overseeing a suite of events and programmes, particularly our two day Taster Programme.

This role provides high-quality event management support for the team across a busy, fast-paced delivery calendar.
This includes high-volume attendee communications, administration and event logistics.

Do you have a high level of attention to detail, ideally with some experience of providing highquality event, administrative or logístical support in some capacity?
Are you a strong planner and organiser, with experience in managing your own time effectively, as well as the ability to respond quickly to unforeseen tasks or priorities?
Do you have proven experience of building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of people?
Are you a confident and clear communicator, able to actively listen to stakeholders' needs and adapt your style accordingly?
Are you someone who has a proactive approach, and takes real pride in your work? Are you confident with using your own judgement to solve problems and ensure team logistics stay on track?
