Software Support Analyst - About the company:

Software Support Analyst - About the role:

The Support Analyst role will be office based in their Clermont-Ferrand office, supporting customers using the company's legacy software, in a 2nd line software support role, building a strong technical awareness of the full technical skillset.

Working closelywith the Head of Software Development other teams and developers, sharing knowledge, and collectively resolving customer queries and documenting the process.

Software Support Analyst - Key Responsibilities:

Provide quality assurance and resolving any queries.
Prioritise, resolution of configuration and deployment of solutions to software issues.
Documentation of the configuration process of the software products to help with further project implementation.
Project support around development, testing, golive.
Root cause analysis and reporting
Any other related duties as required by the business, including analysis, and advising the customer on best practice.

Software Support Analyst - Essential Technical Skills:

Previous support experience of distributed or web-based systems.
IIS & Web Services, API, Databases
Business Applications
Microsoft technologies
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
Ideally be able to communicate in English.
