    The Marketing Manager rolewill enable them to continue to improve / raise their impressive companyprofile enhancing their brand recognition and promote their solution.


    Marketing Manager – A bout the role:

    The Marketing Manager role canbe remotely based but may involve occasional trips to the HQ for meetings,attending roadshows and events in the country, team nights out andcollaboration.

    Working as part of a small team and working in collaborationwith an external marketing consultant, the Marketing Manager will designcomprehensive marketing strategies, brand promotion, content marketing,performance evaluation and conduct market analysis.

    The role will befocused on working within the Social Housing sector – so previousexperience, knowledge of the sector, events and industry trends will beadvantageous.


    Marketing Manager – Key Responsibilities:
    Formulatecomprehensive marketing strategies tailored to spotlight their solution.
    Campaign Management – plan, execute and refine multi-channelmarketing campaigns encompassing social media, digital platforms, events tobolster lead generation. Brand Ownership -elevate their brand integrity andreputation through consistent branding across all marketing platforms.
    Content Management – help create compelling content spanning blogposts, articles, videos, and infographics to captivate target audiences.
    Market Analysis – conduct Market research and analysis identifyingindustry trends, customer demand, the competitive landscape to aid bettermarketing strategies. Performance Evaluation – monitor and assess theperformance of marketing campaigns and utilise the data to refine andenhance future campaigns. Collaboration – work closely with externalmarketing consultant and internal teams to ensure alignment and adoption ofmarketing activities.

    Partnerships – nurture strategic partnershipsand alliances with industry stakeholders or influencers to expand thecompany's brand and presence in the sector.


    Marketing Manager –Essential Technical Skills:

    Candidates must have some exposure to most ofthe skills listed below: Ideally 5 years' experience of working with amarketing role and able to demonstrate expertise in campaign management,strategic planning, and organisation.

    Proficient understanding of digitalmarketing channels including SEO, SEO, Social Media, content & emailmarketing Strong analytical skills to interpret data metrics to improvemarketing decisions, and performance.

    Proven experience in developing andexecuting successful marketing strategies that have proven businessbenefit. Creative and Innovative with ability to bring new ideas to theirmarketing function.

    Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environmentand remain calm under pressure and keep abreast of industry trends andadopt them into your marketing strategy.

    Comfortable taking ownership andaccountability to lead on marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
    Strong preference for previous marketing experience from the Social HousingSector.
