Konrad Dunski
Technology / Internet
About Konrad Dunski:
I always pursue my curiosity. Consuming multiple tech related content and podcasts eventually led me to leave retail and join the Makers Academy software development bootcamp. I am now looking for my first job in tech.
I want to be proud of where I work. If you're a UK startup with a proven product-market fit and geared towards creating positive impact, I'd be excited to give it my 110% to help you grow and succeed.
I'm open to all roles, be that engineering, product/project management or operations.

SOFT SKILLS
------------
I have over a decade's worth of very hard-earned soft skills, including highest level communication and leadership attributes.
I am passionate about solving problems and coming up with solutions. That's what I do best and what excites me the most.
I thrive in chaos. I have strong bias to action and I'm always ready to adapt or pivot, if required. I love tech. I love its ubiquitous nature. I love the impact one can have by utilising it. Its ever-changing landscape and constant need for adaptability especially suit my style.
I'm an ambivert and it's possibly the root of my greatest strengths. My extrovert qualities and sense of humour make everyone comfortable in my presence allowing them to speak their mind, feel safe and heard. The introvert side gave me great introspection skills, always allowing me to adapt and do what's necessary to solve whatever problem I'm presented with. Both those combined help me find compromise when needed, as well as strength and assertiveness when necessary.
------------
HOBBIES
------------
I love writing! I always go where my curiosity pulls me to. I have previously created and wrote for a newsletter focused on all things crypto with particular focus on the Flow blockchain called 'Fairly Unbiased Crypto Thoughts'. I'm currently working on my own personal blog, where I write about my experience of trying to get into tech, bootcamp experiences and the state of the job market.
I also listen to a lot of startup/marketing/SaaS focused podcasts, such as: 'The a16z Podcast', 'Indie Hackers', 'My First Million', 'Marketing Against the Grain' and 'Riding Unicorns'. I'm super curious about that side of the tech industry and hoping to become a part of it too 🙂
