6 month contract

£25.50ph PAYE

They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their Team within the Global Corporate and Investment Bank Team on an initial contract of 6 months with the potential for the role to become permanent.

This role is based at their London offices, workingMonday to Friday 9am - 5pm with the expectation to work over as required.

There will be the option to work from home 1 day a week after the first 6 weeks of employment.

Job Purpose
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for the Executive Members of staff in the Investment Banking function.

Responsibilities

Answers phone calls and takes messages
Schedules meetings
Books conference rooms and makes appointments.
Performs administrative duties including updating documents, memos, letters and forms.

Competencies

Experience operating in fastpaced, financial services environments with Investment Banking experience is essential
PC skills with good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Experience of Concur would be an advantage
Follows well defined procedures and practices.
Attention to detail is required
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
