About the role:


You will be responsible for optimising the operational efficiency of the business technology, improving the client and staff experience and ensure that company-wide systems are maintained, current, secure and optimal to provide the business with reliable IT services.


You will need to respond to incidents and be an escalation point for the internal 1st/2nd line support team as well as being a liaison point for escalations to external parties, providing guidance and advice where necessary to ensure mínimal downtime for the business IT services.


About you:


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Assist with the preparation of recruitmentrelated reports, metrics, and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimising recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and other initiatives to attract top talent and promote the organisation's employer brand.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to recruitment and talent acquisition, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of recruitment activities with broader talent management and organisational objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract diverse talent pools and meet hiring goals.
  • Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential skills and experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination and resourcing, ideally within financial services or agency
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

Desirable skills and experience

  • CIPD Level 5 or other relevant professional certification
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools

Salary and benefits
Up to £28,000 depending on experience.
