About The Role:


As the Communications Executive you will help to create and deliver compelling and meaningful content for all staff communication channels.

You'll be responsible for working in partnership with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver operational communications across head office, showrooms and support centres.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Source and create engaging, insightful, and exciting content that will be shared across the employee intranet portal.
  • Work alongside our internal creative team to ensure communications are well designed and attractive to improve engagement
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders who can support you with sourcing and sharing relevant content.
  • Be the first port of call for employees regarding any internal communication support which is related to business as usual activities.
  • Work with the creative team to develop visual, video and audio content for use on our digital communication channels.
  • Translate complex technical information and data into clear and engaging content.
  • Provide insight on employee communications and help improve the impact of communication activities.
  • Support the marketing team with adhoc copywriting and special projects


In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You:


Desired Skills and Knowledge:


  • Experience working in an Internal Comms role
  • Flexible approach to prioritisation and meeting sometimes tight deadlines
  • Ability to write accurately and at speed
  • Impeccable grammar and great attention to detail for both writing and proofreading
  • A hardworking, enthusiastic team player, with a passion for creating engaging content
