We are now recruiting for a Customer Engagement Executive - IT.

The purpose of this department / team is to manage key stakeholder relationships within a nominated account base of existing IT customers, to protect existing revenues and generate additional revenues to achieve and exceed pre-agreed profit targets.

In addition,the role requires the ownership and management of service desk tickets within these defined key accounts to ensure SLAs are met, and for intervention and leadership when service issues arise, to ensure a positive customer experience is achieved at all times.

Main duties of this role are:

Schedule and conduct regular business reviews to explore additional revenue opportunities
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and proactively address any potential issues, at all times promoting Focus Group and its products and service
Conduct regular service reviews to review performance against SLAs, make recommendations for improvements, take ownership of all service issues and act as the leader across Focus Group to resolve these in a timely manner.
Document, minute track and own all action points from business and service reviews.
