Are you looking for a career in Sales but have no experience?


In the last few years, we have expanded our products and services and are now offering our clients a range of services that they can enjoy, and we can support business with technological issues.


We have spaces in our New Business Team - we will work with you on a 9-month training program, so you learn all our products, and find your niche within the business to develop your career.

For this position you do not need telecoms or IT experience, but some sales ability is preferable.


Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
Call prospects to talk them through the services and products that we can offer. This is across the entire the Focus Group portfolio.

We engage with potential new customers to book appointments for our Business Development Managers to visit customers fora face-to-face meeting or a virtual appointment.

We also pass live transfers directly into the relevant sales teams.

If a meeting or live transfer is not possible, we must gather as much relevant information as possible and use our inhouse CRM to keep ourprospects warm until such time that they enter their buying window.


  • Cold B2B outbound calling
