We are now recruiting for a Customer Engagement Executive.


The customer engagement executive role is an integral part of the business, ensuring customers are kept up to date with Focus Group's product portfolio and upselling new features and additional services, tailored to each client.

The team are responsiblefor maintaining relationships with customers and are their day-to-day contact for adding services to their account.

Main duties of this role are:

  • Maintain and adapt product knowledge
  • Cross sell different products to the existing customer base
  • Understand the sales process from start to finish
  • Sell upgrades to existing customers
  • Create opportunities through lead generation for surrounding teams covering all product offerings
