InBond, a market leader in the provision of premium customer driven logistic solutions, are seeking a Stock & Audit Lead to join the current Quality Team, working alongside the team and the Quality Manager.


Believing in proactive personal development of its employees, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Stock & Audit Lead to join our busy department, to gain a vast amount of experience and knowledge from fellow colleagues.

The main purpose of the job will be to control clients' inventory and all stock control functions and to develop and maintain the quality standards for the business.


Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement a cycle count programme, taking into account client contractual arrangements.
  • Task and monitor daily activities of Stock Controller.
  • Lead client & customs stock control activity on site
  • Utilise the stock control team to make efficiencies across the stock control function
  • Develop and maintain weekly stock accuracy reports for Management, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Manage control measures to ensure all errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are identified, addressed and resolved.
  • Work alongside the Customer Service & Quality Manager to ensure quality standards are met
  • Carry out and plan internal audits
  • Assist with the development of the Quality standards
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HACCP plans.
  • Overall stock management using Warehouse Management System
  • To carry out any tasks reasonably requested by the Customer Services and Quality Manager.
  • To demonstrate a positive approach to personal development.

Knowledge of:


  • ISO 9001:2015 & BRCGS Standards
  • Working in an office environment.
  • Microsoft Products, including Windows, Excel and Word.
