We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our team at Newgate Lodge Care Home.

Who are we looking for?
-
Level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential) or currently working toward/obtained Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable):

Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
Experience within a supervisory position
Medication qualification, such as safe handling of medication
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
A positive attitude and cando mentality
Empathy, patience and caring personalities
Previous experience with Dementia and Mental Health (desirable)

This position will be based on a shift pattern, working 8Pm-8Am on a rota
