We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer customer inquiries in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
From £23,984.00 per year
