Location:
Dearne Valley - Capita House Park (1 day per week) and home

Salary:
£22,672 per annum (pro-rata)

Contract:
Permanent

Training: 4 weeks (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm)

Hours:
Full Time - 40 hours per week.

Shifts scheduled within the operating hours below

Monday - Friday 7am - 11pm

Saturday - Sunday 7:30am - 22:30pm

The Role

As part of our Southern Water Team, you will support their customers with a wide range of, high priority enquires.

Customers may be experiencing instances of no water, a drop in pressure or in extreme circumstances, flooding in their homes.

You will be the person they turn to in their hour of need.

Option to join our 'out of hours' standby roster for enhanced month pay and overtime rates

What you will be doing

Taking inbound calls from existing Southern Water related to fresh water or waste water emergencies these may include, sewage in the home, burst pipes, leaks or other water emergencies.
Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported
Dealing with a variety of customer questions and queries with sympathy and empathy

Those with an ability to think on their feet and adapt to different situations.
An agile attitude to work and those keen to learn new processes and technologies.
