An exciting opportunity to work in an innovative organisation and develop skills in therapy services.


This role is within the Community Integrated Assessment Team working with patients to provide rehabilitation and support in their own home and residential rehabilitation care settings.


We are excited to offer an opportunity for a band 3 member of staff to join the Community Integrated Assessment Team, to work within the Integrated Intermediate Care team.

The post is a permanent position for 22.5 hours a week with the possibility of overtime.

You will be expected to work flexibly and available for both extended day and seven day working.

In return we will provide you with robust induction support and the opportunity to develop with the guidance of experienced Senior staff.
