Are you looking for a challenging role within Higher Education? We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our client, a prestigious London based University, as a Technology Support Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-class technology support to academic staff, ensuring that the virtual learning environment (VLE) is operating effectively.

This is a full-time temporary position with the added benefit of hybrid working.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Creating discussion boards, quizzes and assignments
  • Supporting with Moodle on a daytoday basis
  • Helping with the production lighting
  • Any other adhoc duties

Necessary Skills:


  • Experience of working with a Moodlebased environment or equivalent VLE ability to quickly learn how to use new software/functionality.
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Experience of working with MS Office mainly, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
