We are recruiting for an organised enthusiastic person to join our team in Witham. You will be responsible for supporting the project Team with the day-to-day administration tasks associated with the account. These include but are not limited to collating pack copies, organising and sorting the post, data entry, etc.

You will be IT literate, organised and have good communication skills. This is an entry level role in which you will have an opportunity to learn, develop and progress.

  • Serves as the main daytoday administration contact on current projects.
  • Provide support to the team by provide clerical assistance, maintaining records and other tasks as needed.
  • Gain knowledge of and interact with the function they are supporting.
  • Build relationships across the function and with other teams.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Works with account executives to coordinate copy and proofs.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Arts, Advertising or related field
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fastpaced and deadlineoriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Selfmotivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary
