Calling all bilingual/multilingual customer support administrators
HB Commercial is delighted to partner with a well-respected manufacturer in Peterborough.

Who are seeking experienced customer support administrators who ideally speak Scandinavian, Czech, Slovakian, Spanish or French however other languages will also be considered.

As a customer support administrator, you will be providing support to customers ensuring all orders are processed and completed on time and in full.

You will be the first point of contact for all customers, ensuring any queries and complaints are followed up.
Roles Responsibilities but not limited to

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers
  • Taking inbound calls, processing sales orders
  • Managing orders from online enquiries
  • Create quotations and input orders
  • Deal with any customer queries relating to their account.
