About the role

They are looking for a Repairs Customer Service Assistant - (1 post) to join our clients Repairs team. This role is office based at 1a Enterprise Way, Accrington, BB5 0FR.


You will assist with the diagnosis of repairs escalations, by engaging with Contact Centre Colleagues to act as an intermediary between their clients (Customers) and their Repairs to ensure a seamless service is provided to all Customers.

The role will supportthem.


Responding to customer enquiries by supporting the resolution of escalated queries, and complaints as required via contact with the Contact Centre Team Leaders.

Providing immediate feedback to Contact Centre Team Leaders and Quality Advisor on jobs raised and recommended. Agreeing any training and coaching interventions as applicable, signposting to any essential training or learning guides and material.

What are they looking for?


To be successful, it is essential you have working knowledge of Castleton's IMPACT IT system, Orchard IT system and Microsoft systems, specifically intermediate Word and Excel.

Ability to identify types of repairs, respective trade and appropriate priority.
Proven ability to work in a customer focused environment.
