Description
Our client offers innovative, market-leading digital transformation solutions to its clients, including but not limited to - website development, automation and collaboration platforms.
They are on the lookout for a talented and committed professional whohas some supervisory tech sales experience, to manage a small SDR team.
You will:
- Work alongside seasoned Business Development Managers
- Supervise 23 graduates with their lead generation
- Mange the teams activity and performance
- Be responsible for the creation of pipeline opportunities
- Stay up to date with market and customer trends
- Initiate very targeted campaigns to gain interest and traction in the company's product suite
- Research relevant points of contact
- Book in calls for the Business Development Manager, book demos and fill seats at events being ran
- Consistently overachieve targets set by management
You will be considered if you are:
- Ambitious and money motivated
- Tech sales experience
- Some supervisory experience
- Have good academics, ideally to degree level but decent A levels considered
- The ability to write and converse coherently
What you will get
- £30-35,000 basic, £50,000 with bonus
