Interim Payroll Manager
Milton Keynes 3 month innerim assignment - IT Manufacturing

Managing a team of 3 payroll professionals - ensuring controls and frameworks are in place

You will be a professional with experience of processes, systems, and controls

Experience of cloud based systems would be advantageous


Tasks:

  • Deliver a quality payroll service for 1700 employees and work closely with the team to ensure monthly payroll using strong reconciliation processes and ensuring full legislative compliance and best practice for P11D reporting
Review and improve payroll process's and procedures

Sign off the monthly payroll and keep up to date with legislative changes and prepare for statutory changes and update policies

Coaching team members on best practice and work with the wider business stakeholders - non finance and project managers

You will have experience as a payroll professional and be able to interpret legislative and regulatory requirement. And experience of managing Payroll through a period of systems enhancement and change would be beneficial
