Description
I have a new position available on a temporary to permanent basis for an experienced administrator/customer service individual. This is an exciting role working for a growing business.


You will be responsible for:
Ensuring company vehicles are roadworthy and fully maintained

Liaising with engineers to ensure van material stocks levels are sufficient and correct

Assisting with onboarding process for new subcontractors

Carry out general duties within the Operations Department

Be responsible for all company vehicles eg: all repairs, MOTs, road tax, PCNs, replacement windscreens, stock levels etc

Organise van hire

Liaise with engineers to ensure van material stocks levels are sufficient and correct

Place ad-hoc materials orders for engineers

Undertake van stock audit when a van is returned to us and replenish accordingly

Assist with onboarding process for new subcontractors

Liaise with new subcontractors for valid documentation

Ensure documents are correct, if not chase for additional information

File valid documentation onto system

Add subcontractors to the portal

Provide dates on when documentation needs renewing and chase documentation prior to renewal date

Carry out general duties within the Operations Department

Process orders and POs for website and additional accessory order requests received into Operations mailbox

Recycle overstock materials and customer returns received into the office

Deal with all Operations inbound/outbound telephone calls

Organise DPD collections and deliveries

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
