Role purpose:


Responsible for a specific group of clients, the Client Service Administrator will be working as part of a dedicated client service team to support clients and attorneys in various aspects of IP support.

The Client Service Administrator will be proactively working to ensure client requirements and deadlines are met and a high quality of service is delivered.


Principal responsibilities:


  • To be familiar with client requirements and ensure they are consistently met
  • Act as an administrative point of contact for clients and attorneys.
  • Quality control of all communications sent to clients for which you are responsible.
  • Check and report official communications to clients in conjunction with attorneys.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines in relation to specific clients.
  • Monitor and process client specific mailboxes or other types of electronic file transfer means.
  • Ensure all client requirements are appropriately documented and maintained on a Client Requirements Form.
  • Manage client reporting requirements.
  • Manage client invoicing cycles, in conjunction with billing teams.
  • Undertake general formalities and admin support as required.

Technical knowledge, professional qualifications and experience:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar position within IP
  • Five GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent
  • CIPA IP Administrator certification (desirable)
  • Korean language skills (desirable)
  • Good working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 suite
  • Diligence, proactiveness and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail: a calm and methodical approach
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
