£30 per hour

Cambridge (Part remote)

Oliver Marks Consulting are currently recruiting a Finance and Contract Supervisor on an initial 3 month contract for a large organisation based in Cambridge.

Due to an increased workload my client is looking to take on an experience finance and contracts supervisor ideally with a transport background to assist with various tasks alongside leading a team of 3.

On a day to day basis you will be tasked with:

Leading on all areas of financial processing and monitoring for the Passenger Transport Service budgets, to ensure all commitments are met and costs are allocated.
This role will have day to day responsibility and will provide the management for all the Passenger Transport budgets and contracts
Be responsible for the overall reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices for multiple millionpound budgets across the business.
Support the Assistant Director and Heads of Service to recognise and achieve savings opportunities or to meet agreed savings targets.
Design, set up and lead a finance and contract team to create clear, transparent and accountable financial monitoring and contract management.
Lead on the financial and contract management for the Passenger Transport Team and provide a single point of contact relating to contractual or financial areas for both internal and external stakeholders.
