An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed team player in the E-Rostering team. We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic person.

You will be an integral part of the team, with strong numerical ability and who can thrive in a busy face paced environment.

You should be a good team player, able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication skills. A strong work ethic, desire to learn and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are essential.


You will be able to manage workloads as well as having excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Experience of supporting an electronic rostering system and or using the Allocate Software suite of products is advantageous, but not essential, as training will be provided

Maintain the 'business as usual' (BAU) processes and procedures for the ERostering system; acting as first and second line support for the e-Rostering systems, ensuring that the systems are accurate, fully functional and consistent with data held in ESR


This will include:

  • Ongoing maintenance of existing rosters
Providing e-Rostering advice and guidance for service leaders and end user

Contributing to the weekly and monthly reporting cycle for the organisation

Where indicated assist in the set-up of new areas

Provide in-house training for staff to use the system
