What will you be doing?

In this role, you will be working primarily with the Geodesys and digdat brands.

Our Customer Service team is responsible for creating the Anglian Water CON29DW (water and drainage search) through a number of admin tasks.

Alongside the admin, you will be on the phone ready to answer customer queries in relation to the searches you are producing.

You will liaise with third party suppliers with the aim of delivering our extensive suite of searches as efficiently as possible.

Our aim is to provide a remarkable level of service to every customer, each and every time they interact with us.

This role involves working pro-actively and being commercially minded.

You will create leads from inbound customer contact and take part in outbound calling campaigns to support Marketing and Sales activity.

What do you need?


You'll need to be ambitious with ideally experience in a Customer Service, with the ability to multi-task and appreciate the challenge of problem solving and taking ownership of resolving customer queries.


Ideally you will be computer literate and be comfortable with learning new systems, with a thirst to have a positive impact on your team by continuously providing an input to improve processes.
