We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics.

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £23,767.99 per year
