Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Strive to meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment

From £23,767.99 per year
