The purpose of the role is to implement recruitment solutions that enhance the organization's hiring capability of 'Professional' staff in alignment with the business objectives and support the regional HR team in administrative matters.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the company HR systems, ensuring all HR and company data/ information is accurate and in line with the Data protection regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all background verification/ screening reports.
  • Ensure adherence to laid down processes to obtain good acceptable audit rating, as and when assessed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team when required.

Requirements:


  • Previous work experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent people assessment skills
  • Fair understanding of talent market, hiring trends and processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to guide, negotiate and influence.
  • Proficiency in MS office

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
