VFS Global is the world's largest and most experienced Outsourcing & Technology Service Specialists for Diplomatic Missions and Governments Worldwide.


This role is a part time role 20 hours a week, 4 hours a day, 5 days between Monday and Saturday -Initial 6 months contract with possibility of extension.

There is an additional annual perk allowance of £600.

Areas of Responsibility & brief description of the role:
Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre

Handover of Passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulates.
Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants

Fee collection and cash handling
Preparing reports for day to day transactions


Personal Requirements:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

A good attention to accuracy and detail
A pro active can-do attitude

Languages:
English and Hindi


Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract


Pay:
£10,500.00 per year

  • Glasgow, G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
