VFS Global is the world's largest and most experienced Outsourcing & Technology Service Specialists for Diplomatic Missions and Governments Worldwide.

This role is a full time role 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, 5 days between Monday and Saturday.

Initial 6 months contract with possibility of transition to permanent.

Areas of Responsibility & brief description of the role:
Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre

Handover of Passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulates.
Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants

Fee collection and cash handling
Preparing reports for day to day transactions

Personal Requirements:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

A good attention to accuracy and detail
A pro active can-do attitude

Flexible / ready and willing to work in shifts

Languages:
English, Arabic, any other European is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
£22,000.00 per year
