Customer Services Administrator:


Main Duties:


  • Processing of consignment notes prior to invoicing.
  • Logging and actioning any queries within a reasonable time.
  • Support month end sales process for the Brownhills facility.
  • Responsible for producing sales invoices daily.
  • Ensuring proforma invoices are raised when required.
  • Ensuring all thirdparty jobs are invoiced during the month.
  • Creation of credits via appropriate approval routes.
  • Creation of Certificates of Destruction when required.
  • Administrative duties when required for example filing of paperwork.
  • Use of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • SAP B1 experience is an advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
