Do you work in Lettings and not looking to work weekends? Are you seeking a higher basic salary? If yes, this opportunity could be for you

Our client, a well-respected independent agency is currently seeking a Lettings Progressor to join their business in the Essex area

Working hours:

Monday to Friday
Possibility to work from home 12 days per week
No weekends

The successful Lettings Progressor will be offered:

Up to £27,000 basic

- £28,000 OTE

Ongoing training & support
Career progression

Lettings Progressor requirements:

UK driving license & access to own car
Experience in Lettings or Property Management
Highly motivated and driven to succeed and progress
Outstanding customer service with great rapportbuilding skills
Hardworking with a determination to exceed targets

Lettings Progressor duties will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting customers and answering incoming calls and queries
Booking valuations
Working part of a team
General admin
Booking viewings
Liaising with tenants and landlords
Negotiating tenancy terms and renewals
