Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a company based in Teeside on the appointment of a Credit Controller.


Key Responsibilities

  • To liaise with customers to ensure that they pay their invoices on time, responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • To negotiate payment plans with customers who cannot pay, setting up terms and conditions and adjusting payment plans when necessary.
  • To start legal proceedings with Lovetts solicitors or organise the collection of our asset(s) when customers do not pay on time.
  • To maintain accurate records through processing invoices, updating payments made on Sage200 and monitoring all money borrowed or owed to the Company.
  • To evaluate new credit requests and conduct client credit checks, accepting or denying requests where appropriate.
  • To provide accounts information to internal departments, answering queries and providing administrative support.

  • To monitor and review all money borrowed or owed the Company to maintain the sales ledger.
  • To give the best level of customer service to all customers and colleagues, resolving queries in a timely manner.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
