Human Resources Officer

Bracknell

1-1 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join a busy HR team for this leading distribution company on a temporary basis.

Working 35 hours a week with the benefit of working 1 day from home.

The HR officer is the first point of contact within the company for with all HR related and payroll enquiries.

Duties will include
First Line support for all employees across all functions

First Line support for all Employee Relations and case management utilising employment law knowledge

Updating all HR trackers and weekly reports

Maintaining employee records

Processing of employees starting and leaving

Induction/on boarding of new employees

Keeping all legal aspects up to date

Experience required
Proven HR Assistant or HR Officer Experience

Extensive knowledge of local/social labour legislation
