Agility is delighted to be working with an IT Support and Solutions company looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team.
They are looking for someone who is highly motivated and ambitious and looking to grow with a company.
What you will be doing:
- Raising Sales Invoices / Updating sales ledgers / Credit Control
- Purchase ordering / matching of deliveries to purchase invoices
- Ensuring accurate bank postings & reconciliations
- Processing mileage and expenses
- Organising files, both electronically & paper
- Producing reports where required & with guidance
- Providing support to senior management
- Managing confidentiality
- Ensuring the purchase ledgers are updated accurately and efficiently
- General administration support of Purchasing and HR function
- Any other Ad hoc duties, which will certainly occur on a daily basis
About you:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in an accounts department
- A highly proactive handson mindset and high standards in your work
- Excellent record keeping
- Studying AAT
- Good standard of IT skills
