Pyramid8 are recruiting for a Credit Controller for a fast-paced growing business in based in North Leeds.

They are looking for either an experienced Credit Controller or an enthusiastic individual who is keen to develop a career in a financial role.

Full training and development opportunities are available for the right individual.

They are an award-winning property management company based in North Leeds and are looking for a Credit Controller to strengthen their existing team in an exciting period of growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities include,

As a Credit Controller you will be managing a portfolio of accounts by ensuring that all customers are meeting their obligations to pay ground rent and service charges.

Issuing new demands for payment
Following prescribed debt collection process
Resolve any customer queries or disputes
General administrative duties

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience within credit control is preferred
Experience in a Customer Service / Troubleshooting role advantageous
Friendly and a team player with a willingness to learn
