4Leisure Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales and Retention Manager on behalf of an innovative, industry leading Gym in the Brighton area.

This is an this is an exceptional opportunity for a customer service, sales professional to make theirmark in a gym that not only everyone wants to train at, but also wants to work at The brand drives a friendly fitness community and the facility itself hosts top of the range functional and combat areas in addition to cardio, free weights and a group exerciseand personal training offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships around memberships and cancellations
Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception area
Deliver exceptional service to all customers and potential customers of the Centre
Ensure all customer sales and bookings are managed correctly, assisting customers in their choices
Achieve KPIs and sales targets set
Positively and proactively drive retention
Manage Prospects database and contribute towards lead generation in accordance with marketing planning, including outreach

About you

Experience working in a customerdriven, commercial focused environment
Demonstrate a successful track record of managing and enhancing customer relationships and revenue
Experience in working to deadlines to achieve positive results
Positive and cando attitude
