About the role
The Day Operator will work across both Clynelish and Brora Distilleries as part of our group.
The primary focus is on compliance but the secondary aspect is to develop into a Senior Operator Role, running the distillation process and be able to work within this capacity at both sites.
You'll be primarily responsible for:
- Ensuring site hygiene is maintained to a high standard
- Compliance checks across your working area
- Spirit tankers are loaded safely and efficiently
- Supporting with various site daily tasks and working with the management team to improve the site
Health and safety compliance is key and you'll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored and improved alongside other Key Performance Indicator's and targets.
Ultimately, being a source of advice, knowledge, and having the confidence to lead operations is the pinnacle of the day to day ways of working in this exciting role.
About You

You will have positive can do demeanor, and the ability to make decisions fast, while dealing with high pressure situations as well as highly effective Interpersonal communication skills to allow you to carry out your role.
