Onboarding Administrator - Cumbernauld, G68


Solutions Driven has an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Administrator to join our great team in the health and social care sector.


You will provide a smooth and compliant onboarding service for all new recruits on behalf of our client who operates a number of residential care homes for the elderly.

You will ensure that all pre-employment checks are completed and that each recruit feels welcomed and supported during this process.


The Onboarding Administrator role includes:
-

  • Drafting offer letters and welcome packs for new recruits
  • Obtaining references and ensuring compliance is met at all times
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System with all onboarding documentation ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • This is a fulltime role and the hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am4.30pm and Friday 8.30am until 3.30pm. If you have great attention to detail and enjoy working in a fastpaced working environment in a great team, then we would love to hear from you.

  • Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Previous experience of working in a similar administrative, recruitment or onboarding role
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Articulate and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong ability to build relationships and rapport with new recruits as well as the care home teams
  • Keen to join a growing organisation and contribute to our longterm vision
  • Willingness to learn quickly and keep up to date with industry trends / social media tools

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
