TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
A specialist recruitment company within the education sector is looking for a new recruitment member to join their team on a permanent basis.
TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with schools across London
- Making outbound calls
- Undertaking school visits
- Writing and posting adverts
- Taking detailed job specs
- Reacting proactively in a fast paced sales environment
- Working quickly and with accuracy in high pressure situations
- Communicating with people at all levels and from a range of backgrounds
TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ESSENTIALS:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
- Degree educated
- Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
