***: We are recruiting for a Printed Packaging Materials (PPM) Coordinator to join our team in Speke. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis.


You will assist with the Life Cycle Management (LCM)/PPM organisation to ensure PPM management remains in control and the workflow creation is supplied at a rate which meets the business needs.


The position will be responsible to align and maintain good working practices with the Elanco LCM Associates, SGK Project Planners, PPM Coordinators and Studio Coordinators.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Adhering to GMP standards at all times
  • Own, initiate and manage the PPM workflows using artwork change management system
  • Responsible for the execution of tasks associated with the PPM management process
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate information is utilised; sourcing the truth copy, referencing LCM Sharepoint
site, Wiki, Q-Pulse, etc.

  • Responsible for building the iPass document, gathering associated documents and assigning codes
  • Responsible for the creation, control and implementation of PPM for Elanco manufacturing sites
  • Responsible for developing relationships and serving as a liaison with client contacts
  • Management and coordination of small to medium PPM related projects
  • Travel is an essential part of the PPM function and will be planned in coordination with management and business
needs


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:


In addition, the PPM Coordinator will also be expected to:

  • Have excellent Microsoft Office and workflow management skills
  • Be able to project manage and act on their own initiative to solve problems and resolve queries
  • Have good organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
  • Be a team player, highly motivated and driven to deliver the highest standard of customer service
  • Be a strong communicator, both verbal and written skills and have a positive approach
  • Be detail driven in a highly regulated and procedurebased environment
